We want you to love your new Bumbleride product, but if for some reason you need to return it there are a few guidelines we ask you to keep in mind:
- We offer free returns on strollers and accessories for orders over $100 (no free returns on parts orders) ordered from Bumbleride.com for a period of 30 days from the time of purchase as long as the product is in new condition with all packaging materials included excluding customers in Hawaii and Alaska. The stroller can be opened and used inside a home but cannot be used outside. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning replacement parts.
- Items may be opened, however, returns must be new, unused and in their original packaging including all accessories and operating manuals. Missing packaging, accessories or operating manuals will void a return.
- This form needs to be included with all returned items in order for it to be accepted at our warehouse:
Only customers who have purchased from Bumbleride.com are eligible for a return under these guidelines. All other customers must contact the vendor from which they purchased the product. We are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits or refunds for any product purchased outside of Bumbleride.com.
If you are interested in returning your stroller or accessory you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a UPS return label.
If you are returning a replacement part you may use whichever shipping method you choose to return to:

Once we receive your return we will review the package and offer a refund of the amount paid for the stroller, accessory, or replacement part. The credit will process to your original form of payment in 7-10 days.
